BUILD AROUND WHAT WORKS

A practical plan, at your pace.

Start with one priority: lower bills, more comfortable rooms or better backup. Existing equipment may already be part of the answer.

  • Keep useful equipment where it fits.
  • Consider additions in manageable stages.
  • Review equipment, installation and ongoing costs together.
  • Use your utility bills and local rates before relying on a savings estimate.

What to have ready later

A recent utility bill, a rough home size and a list of major equipment are useful starting points. For a new build, a floor plan and your priorities can guide the discussion.

The online scenario is an illustrative example. Property modeling, installation and service coordination are in development.

BEFORE YOU TAKE THE NEXT STEP

A few useful answers.

Start with a clear picture of what Endurous is becoming and what you can explore today.

What is Endurous being built to do?

Endurous is being developed as the intelligence that helps your home’s energy, heating, water and other connected systems work together. It is designed to learn your routine, plan around changing conditions and make everyday adjustments in the background.

A practical starting point is your existing equipment and the improvements that matter most to you. Pilot scope and suitable equipment will be considered for each participating home.

What can I use right now?

You can use the Home Planner to organize your priorities, try the scenario preview and explore the Learning Center. You can also join the waiting list, register interest in future property modeling or introduce a potential partnership.

Installed automation, property-specific simulations and customer accounts are in development. The app screens show the experience we are working toward.

Where will the first pilots take place?

Initial pilots are planned for the Denver metro area. Dates will be announced. You can register interest from another location, and we can keep you informed about relevant opportunities as plans develop.

Will I need to replace everything?

The goal is to build around useful equipment you already have, then add what makes a meaningful difference. Compatibility depends on each device’s controls, available connections and the overall system design. Equipment would be reviewed before a plan is agreed.

Who would install new equipment?

Equipment that needs professional installation belongs with qualified local installers. We are developing relationships with installers, equipment suppliers and energy partners to support that process. The installation scope and responsibilities would be explained as part of a proposed project.

What will it cost?

Joining the waiting list and using the online planning tools are free. Pilot and service pricing have not been announced. Any future proposal should clearly separate equipment, installation and ongoing service costs, so you can consider the full cost before deciding.

How much attention will it need from me?

The goal is less everyday management. You choose comfort, spending and backup priorities; Endurous is being designed to handle routine adjustments and draw attention to changes that need a decision. You remain in control of the plan.
